Mill Suite
This two room suite holds 30-50 people comfortably and is an ideal space for bridal showers, baby showers, and meetings. It is an elegant, light space complimented by a craftsman fireplace and refurbished hardwood floors. Take in the lovely view of our conservation land, while enjoying this air conditioned spot.
Pingree Hall
Situated right below the Great Hall, your guests will have plenty of space to eat and dance. The Industrial kitchen that accompanies this space is perfect for any type of caterer. Comfortably seating 70-115 people.
Veasey Suite
This craftsman style suite dates back to 1909 and accommodates about 30-40 people. It is accompanied with our small "Home-Style" kitchen. Boasting a grand working fire place , this setting is perfect for family reunions, graduation and corporate parties.
Boardroom
It's truly a neutral space. Very flexible, and amendable; this room is nice for any meeting, lecture, class, or party. Adjustable lighting, Wi-Fi makes it ideal for presentations or slideshows. Also boasts a nice view of the back "court", grounds that rise up from behind the building leveling off for a serene setting. Fitting about 20-30 people. comfortably.

The Great Hall
This space is a simple converted chapel with an open and airy ceiling. Made for weddings, ceremonies, and concerts, a small stage will ensure your guests can see the festivities while the acoustics make this hall great for music & speaking. Seating 115 people will be easy with our very own New England "Town Hall" wooden benches auditorium style, 80 people banquet style or 150 people standing.
Grounds
Reserve a space for your wedding, picnic, birthday party or company outing, The "Back Court" is available for rental with or with out access to the building for kitchens and bathroos. Call for pricing.

¨ Business is primarily conducted Monday -Friday, typical business hours
¨ Low customer foot traffic. No manufacturing or production based businesses
¨ Total employees on site 3 or less
¨ Fixed use of space (You will use reserved space only)
¨ Business may not impact normal operation of the Parks business
¨ Utilities included
¨ Conference space onsite and available for reserved use

¨ Larger office has a share space option
