Come delight in the world of fairy imagination. We will use beautiful materials foraged from nature or upcycled to design unique dwellings ever so enticing to the fairies.
No prior experience necessary. All materials and tools provided. All ages welcome, though this is not a drop off program.
Take your fairy House home, or if it's complete, enter it in Fairy House Festival People's Choice contest on September 21 and 22. The houses with most votes win an Amazon gift card! Fairy Houses entered for the contest will be available to be picked up after the walk.

We do 5 trips up and down the front and side hill alternating walking with light weights and jogging without weights. After each cycle we do a short circuit of push-ups, dips and squats and at the end there is a short exercise session. People of all ages and abilities come and modify the workout to their own ability. It’s a fun way to get out and meet people and get a free great workout in! Takes a little over an hour. You need water, a yoga mat and light hand weights (optional). All are welcome." - Karen Puopolo

Holiday Art Show
The GHAA, Greater Haverhill Arts Association, is planning to hold their annual Holiday Show at Veasey Memorial Park, 201 Washington Street, Groveland.
Saturday and Sunday, November 23 and 24 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM.
This will be an incredible opportunity to purchase a one-of-kind piece of artwork for holiday gift-giving while supporting a local artist. The sale may include wall-hung artwork, bin pieces, notecard packages, and calendars for sale.

Meditative Walks
Join Marcie in meditative walks. The next walk is TBA.
"A guided, meditative encounter with nature designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit with the beauty and healing power of the more-than-human world. MOE that is approximately 90 minutes long." Marcie Armstrong, Certified Mindfulness Outdoor Guide.
Participants should dress in layers and wear appropriate footwear for walking on uneven terrain. Bring a water bottle and a small cushion or blanket on which to sit. Programs have limited space and are not suitable for children under 12.
Marcie trained at the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, completing both Level 1 and Level 2. Since that time, she has been guiding meditative walks locally at various locations. In addition, she is a Registered Nurse and is certified in Wilderness First Aid.

Held indoors at Veasey Memorial Park (201 Washington St., Groveland), participants can park in the lower lot and take the stairs to the upper building. Handicap parking is available further up the driveway in the top lot. Chairs are provided—just bring yourself and an open mind! We can’t wait to see you there!

"Our hill group meets at the bottom of the Veasey sledding hill every Wednesday at 7 and Saturday at 8, rain, snow or shine. We do 5 trips up and down the front and side hill alternating walking with light weights and jogging without weights. After each cycle we do a short circuit of push-ups, dips and squats and at the end there is a short exercise session. People of all ages and abilities come and modify the workout to their own ability. It’s a fun way to get out and meet people and get a free great workout in! Takes a little over an hour. You need water, a yoga mat and light hand weights (optional). All are welcome." - Karen Puopolo

Holiday Art Show
The GHAA, Greater Haverhill Arts Association, is planning to hold their annual Holiday Show at Veasey Memorial Park, 201 Washington Street, Groveland.
Saturday and Sunday, November 23 and 24 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM.
This will be an incredible opportunity to purchase a one-of-kind piece of artwork for holiday gift-giving while supporting a local artist. The sale may include wall-hung artwork, bin pieces, notecard packages, and calendars for sale.

An annual event, the Ice Cream Social is hosted by the Friends of Veasey & Tree Top Summer Camp. All are welcome for free ice cream with toppings (non-dairy options available), yard games, big bubbles, live music, and even hammocks on which to relax. Donations are greatly appreciated!

Meditative Walks
Join Marcie in meditative walks. The next walk is TBA.
"A guided, meditative encounter with nature designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit with the beauty and healing power of the more-than-human world. MOE that is approximately 90 minutes long." Marcie Armstrong, Certified Mindfulness Outdoor Guide.
Participants should dress in layers and wear appropriate footwear for walking on uneven terrain. Bring a water bottle and a small cushion or blanket on which to sit. Programs have limited space and are not suitable for children under 12.
Marcie trained at the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, completing both Level 1 and Level 2. Since that time, she has been guiding meditative walks locally at various locations. In addition, she is a Registered Nurse and is certified in Wilderness First Aid.
