Veasey Park offers year-round rental spaces for weddings, meetings, quinceañeras, showers, fundraisers, and more. All set on acres of elevated conservation land.
Unlike typical North Shore venues, Veasey is surrounded by nature, not parking lots. No traffic. No office buildings. Just hilltop views and forest trails.
A true DIY venue, Veasey lets you bring your own vendors and vision. Vanessa, our rental coordinator, is known for her warmth and support.

Rentals are for 5 hour blocks of time between the hours of 10am-10pm, which include set up, event time and clean up. Additional hours may be added-on for $150 per hour.

Setup/take-down of tables and chairs is done by the renter for free or can be done prior to/after event for an additional fee.

50% of rental fee is required to hold a date.

A damage deposit is required and refunded on inspection.

Power outlets are available for outdoor events.

There are no restrictions on catering and tent rental companies. Contact us for recommendations. Vendors must carry insurance and add Town of Groveland as additional insured.

Starting at $1000, alcohol packages for whole venue rentals include bar setup, bartender, beer & wine, water, soda, town permit, insurance, and security.

Whole Venue Rentals
The whole venue is available for private, daily rentals. Indoor and outdoor spaces allow for a variety of events. From tent rentals to your choice of caterers, you can personalize your experience here at the park with exactly what you want without any pressure to add what you don’t need. 12 hours included between the hours of 10am and 10pm.

Capacity: 100 people inside, and 200 people outside
Capacity: 70 reception style, 100 ceremony
The Great Hall is a 1,500 sq. foot former chapel with a high arching buttressed wooden ceiling, it has tall windows and tinted glass. Its beautiful natural light enhance this open unique space.

The Veasey Suite
The Veasey Suite is a beautiful Craftsman style living room with an adjoining dining room. It boasts an amazing working fireplace made of striated rock from the Merrimack River. The Suite also has it’s own entrance though a screened in porch and comfortable couches and chairs.

The Mill Rooms
The Mill Room Suite, consisting of two bright rooms, the Mill Room and the Green Room, with a wooden floor. The Mill Room boasts a cozy Inglenook fireplace. The Green room adds charm with it’s wooden accents and homelike atmosphere.

The Boardroom
The Boardroom is a newly renovated room with comfortable chairs and long tables to make it an ideal space for meetings and lectures. WiFi equipped.

Pingree Hall
Pingree Hall sits right below the Great Hall, it’s windows and tiled floor provide the perfect space for workshops and classes. Tables, chairs, access to sinks, as well as the outdoors makes this versatile and flexible for any type of event or programming.
